Radio de Ivoryline
Ivoryline is an American rock band from Tyler, Texas, currently signed to Tooth & Nail Records. Ivoryline formed in 2003 under the name Dead End Driveway, releasing an EP and an album under this name before changing the name to Ivoryline in 2005.[1] Soon after the name change, the band was selected to play at the 2006 Vans Warped Tour.[2] While on the tour, they were scouted by Tooth & Nail Records,[2] who signed them in 2007[3] and released their debut full-length, There Came a Lion, in February 2008.[4][5] The album hit #25 on the Billboard Top Christian Albums chart and #15 on the Top Heatseekers Chart.[6] The group toured with Automatic Loveletter in July 2008, and are currently on their first headlining tour (entitled "There Came a Tour") with There For Tomorrow. Take The Crown were scheduled to open for them, but dropped from the tour and were replaced by In:Aviate, The Lives of Famous Men, and Runner Runner. The band is currently functioning as a four-piece after the departure of their rhythm guitarist in July of 2008.
