Anders Wendin is a Swedish pop musician, best known[citation needed] for his solo project Moneybrother. After the split-up of his punk rock band Monster, Wendin took a new[citation needed] direction and released Moneybrother's debut album Blood Panic in 2003. The album got very positive reviews[citation needed] in the Swedish press and earned Wendin a Swedish Grammy Award for Rock Album of the Year.[citation needed] His second album, To Die Alone, was released in 2005. The music of Moneybrother can be described as a soul-oriented blend, incorporating influences from rock, punk, reggae and disco. Anders Wendin is known to have radical leftist views.
