Radio de Pilar Montenegro

Pilar Montenegro (born Maria del Pilar Montenegro López on May 31, 1969) is a Mexican Latin pop singer and actress. When Pilar was 10 years old she landed her first acting part in the TV series Juguemos A Cantar, her career moved along with her becoming a member of Fresas Con Crema, she was only with the group for a short period of time. In 1989 she joined the group Garibaldi at age 17, she spent a few years with the group which became very popular during the early 90s. During the mid 90s she expanded her career as an actress when she began to appear in soap operas. Also in the mid 90s she left Garibaldi to pursue a solo career. By 1996 she released her debut album Son Del Corazon.
