Sabrina Starke is a Dutch singer/songwriter from Rotterdam,The Netherlands. Her style is a mix of Soul, Folk, Hip hop, Rhythm & Blues and Jazz. Her debut album, "Yellow Brick Road" was released October 1st, 2008. It was produced and recorded in Los Angeles, California by Dutch producers Beat Royalty (Chris Kooreman and Edo Plasschaert). The album was mixed in Burbank, California by three time Grammy nominee Brad Gilderman. The first single from the album, "Do For Love" was an immediate hit in The Netherlands. "Do for Love" caught the attention of Billy Mann, (EMI President of International A&R/Labels and Chief Creative Officer) who stated: "One listen of Sabrina's Do For Love stopped me in my tracks, put Manhattan on pause and the song on repeat. I love her spirit-- the voice and the songwriting --and can't wait to see her perform live. EMI has found a real diamond."
